We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, Qualcare (Health Republic of NJ) and UnitedHealthcare (including Oxford). If we are out of network for your plan, we may be able to help you bill your insurance. Patients are responsible for being informed about all relevant details of their insurance coverage.


Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.


For your convenience, we have weekday evening and Saturday hours. Because your reservation is reserved for you, we require 48 business hour notice to reschedule it. Missed appointment fee is $80 for each 20 minutes reserved.


We are very serious about your confidentiality. Our office practices comply with the HIPAA standard. We safeguard our patients’ privacy to the maximum extent allowed by the law.
